Shipping Policy

Everything is made to order, made just for you in our studio in-house.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for shipping.

We support the US Postal Service and ship using USPS with tracking.

We will send you the tracking # once your order has started making its way to you.

Return & Exchange Policy

We strive to take responsibility of Cilium garments throughout their lifetime.

If a garment is damaged upon receipt, we are happy to replace it.

If a garment doesn't fit, we are happy to replace it for one that does.

If you are unsatisfied with the garment in the first 30 days, we are happy to exchange it for one you'll love more.

If your garment gets damaged over time, we are happy to take the garment back, and give you 50% off the replacement.
